How to reach the property

HOW TO GET HERE
From Sydney take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), at Laurieton take a left towards North Haven/Bonny Hills/Port Macquarie.
In Bonny Hills when you reach the 50km zone, take a right into Third Avenue, then first left into Hill Street, drive til the end and the house is on your left hand side at the corner of Jordan Ave (drive til you hit the beach park).


From Brisbane:
Take the M1 South til Lake Cathie/Bonny Hills exit, about 30km South of Port Macquarie. Follow the signs. Once in Bonny Hills keep following Ocean Drive, once you pass the caravan park on the top of the hill, take the 2nd left into Jordan Ave. Keep following the road along the headland, drive til Hill Street, the house is on the corner.

Security Deposit

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 600.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival incur an admin fee of $100 and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites.*
  • Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus a $100 admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are generally not permitted and incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a $200 admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.
