Property Description

LUXURY BEACH HOUSE WITH SWIMMING POOL, breath-taking beach and ocean views, private hilltop position. 7 Beds. Stroll to pristine Rainbow Beach, surf club, restaurants, shops, and skate park; all at the end of the street, a 3 minute stroll. All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms and built-in storage. Luxury master bedroom with oceanviews. Four bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, fifth bedroom fan only. Free WIFI.

LAYOUT AND BEDDING
Upstairs you find the spacious open plan living with luxury finishes throughout. The gourmet kitchen features marble bench tops, double ovens, large gas stove and French door fridge with ice maker. Outdoor kitchen servery/bar. Study/office nook. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, and an additional powder room. The master bedroom has ocean views, a stone stand alone bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in robe and TV. The third bedroom has a TV and private balcony. Large outdoor entertaining and lounge deck with magnificent ocean views.

Downstairs is a self-contained 4th bedroom annex second lounge / rumpus room with TV, kitchenette and ensuite. Downstairs 5th bedroom has a separate entrance and tropical pool views. Laundry with washing machine and clothesline are downstairs too.

The house has 6 to 7 beds in total and sleeps up to 10-11 guests :

    The home offers a fabulous beach holiday experience, ideal for extended families or couples seeking serenity, privacy, panoramic views, and modern comforts. Our idyllic north coast climate makes holidaying pleasant all year-round.
    The property is set in a quiet neighbourhood, cul-de-sac position, and adjoins a reserve with ample room for cricket, footy, and off-street parking.

    Panorama Beach House has been our family home for 12 years, and was renovated in 2017. As the property was a registered bed & breakfast establishment, you will find ensuite bathrooms for all guests, a well equipped kitchen, the home well furnished, and the property well maintained. We like the choice of surfing and picnics at beautiful Rainbow Beach, or lounging poolside with friends at home, with BBQs on the deck, and cocktails at the bar.

    PET FRIENDLY
    Pet friendly for outdoor dogs only and small inside dogs on request. Fully fenced yard.. All pets to be pre-approved by management as courtesy to the property owner. Please chat to us about your pet(s) and needs.

    PARKING
    Driveway has space for 4 cars easily. Plenty of space for boats, trailers and caravans.

    We welcome you to enjoy the property, and will do everything possible to make your stay very comfortable and memorable.   • 5-minute drive to the Camden Haven River at North Haven, with good fishing, boat hire, deep sea fishing charters, riverside restaurants & bowling club. Magnificent views from North Brother Mountain at Laurieton, with para-gliding available.
  • 20-minute drive to Port Macquarie, offering a huge range of shopping and eating venues, beaches, river, tourist attractions including whale watching and river tours

  • The property is located approximately a 4-hour drive from Sydney CBD.

Security Deposit

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 750.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival incur an admin fee of $100 and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites.*
  • Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus a $100 admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are generally not permitted and incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a $200 admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.
