Magnificent outdoor deck with lounge area, alfresco dining and Weber BBQ. A trail from the house leads to the lake. Two living areas. Large kitchen with gas stove and all appliances for a comfortable stay. Coffee machine. 5 minutes walk to the beach and playground, just 2 blocks away. Local cafe, takeaway and bowling club 3 minutes walk.

Single level home great for families. The owners live here part of the year and share their home with you when they are travelling. You will find a well set up house.
Games and books are provided, and two kayaks are available for your use.
From the entrance you enter into the open plan living and kitchen space. To the left is the 2nd lounge room and hallway to master bedroom. To the right is the hallway to the other 3 bedrooms, laundry with washing machine and dryer and main bathroom. Bed room 3 and 4 have garden views and their own patio space.
Linen is provided, Your beds are made, no need to do chores upon arrival, all you need to do is rock up and enjoy yourselves, please bring your own beach towels.
Driveway parking and free street parking. Double lock up garage is also available to guests.

Pet friendly on request, pre-approval from property manager required. We prefer outdoor and non-shedding small/medium size dogs. As a courtesy to the property owner kindly inform us about the type of breed. Please keep pets off lounge and beds.
We cater to families and couples. Property not suitable for young adult groups, schoolies, uni-groups, large adult groups, hens or bucks crowds to keep our neighbours happy as property is located in a quiet street. We have other properties that might be suitable, just chat to us about your needs.

The lake is currently good for paddling, however water quality not recommended for swimming, due to the recent drought. The lake is a tidal lake and opens/closes from the ocean from time to time.
Please note CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT ON XMAS DAY 25 DEC NOT ALLOWED, as this is our only day off during the year. Please book one day prior/later
