THE SPACE

LAYOUT
The house has 3 levels, it is cosy enough for couples and small families and spacious enough for larger families to spread out.
Upstairs: open plan living, kitchen, TV room with sofa bed and bathroom 1. Three outdoor decks, two overlooking the ocean and mountains and one overlooking the garden. TV room and bathroom.
Downstairs middle level: 3 bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom. Each room with its own balcony.
Lowest level: internal stairs lead to a fully self-contained apartment with 1 bedroom, lounge, kitchen, outdoor deck with hot tub and garden access. The apartment also has its own private outside entrance
Garden is accessible via the front and lowest level outdoor stairs.

Pet friendly for small dogs only, non-shedding preferred. Please chat to us about your needs and inform us about the type of dog, breed and age as courtesy to property owner. IMPORTANT Pets are not allowed on lounges and beds, please clean up after your dog. The garden is fully fenced and there are ample balconies throughout the house.
Lighthouse Beach is a dog friendly beach, dogs can roam free on the Eastern side of the beach from Watonga Rock onwards. Leash required on the Western side between Watonga Rock andTacking Point Lighthouse.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
A short walk down hill via secret steps takes you to Lighthouse beach where kids and dogs can roam free and it's great surf breaks. Tacking point lighthouse is 5-10 minutes walk. Watonga street cafe's, restaurants, gourmet local shops including butchery, bakery & patisserie, newsagent and bottle shop are 7 minutes walk; you will find an array of restaurants to choose from including Italian, Australian cuisine, and Chinese.
