Beds all have new mattresses are made with fresh high quality linen, we wash all linen every time incl. doona covers. Rooms are spacious with plenty of cupboard and side desks space. Master and 2nd bedroom have frontal ocean views. Master bedroom has its own patio with ocean views. 3rd room has Oxley beach side ocean view. Ceiling fans.
Modern bathrooms: ensuite has shower, vanity and toilet. Main bathroom has shower, free standing bathtub, vanity and toilet.

THE SPACE
Tastefully decorated so you feel straight at home and not stuck in an average equipped unit. The owner lives here part of the year and shares the glory of her beach pad with you, so you find a fully functioning home that is pleasant to be in.
Open plan comfy stylish lounge opens up to a wide entertaining balcony with Weber BBQ. Stereo system, smart TV with Netflix and Fetch channels, free WIFI.
The kitchen is modern with all of today's conveniences. Fully stocked pantry, on a share & replace basis; you take some and leave some.

How to reach the property

GETTING THERE
From Sydney/South: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane, see option 1 or 2 below.
From Brisbane/North: see option 2 below.


OPTION 1 Take the Kew exit to avoid roadworks later on from Bonny Hills/Lake Cathie exit to Port Macquarie. When taking the Kew exit Follow coastal route 10 towards Laurieton and Port Macquarie. At Laurieton go left and follow North Haven, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, Port Macquarie. In Port Macquarie follow the 'coastal route / town & beaches" route via Pacific Drive. You pass Shelly Beach, Nobby's Beach, Flynns Beach and then you get to Oxley and Town Beach, the building is on your left.


OPTION 2 Take the M1 towards Port Macquarie, keep going and take the Hastings River Drive exit, just keep following the road straight and you will pass car dealerships, shops and eventually come at a round about, follow 'town beach / beaches' signs.


PARKING
Go into the driveway, and drive around the building, garage no. 1 is located at the end on your left.

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival incur an admin fee of $100 and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites.*
  • Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus a $100 admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are generally not permitted and incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a $200 admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.
