UPSTAIRS master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with 3 singles and extra single mattrass, bathroom. DOWNSTAIRS: third bedroom with queen bed, fourth bedroom with double bed, bathroom and rumpus/hallway area with sofa bed that folds into a double bed.


LINEN PROVIDED


Fresh linen is provided sheets, doona covers, bath towels, tea towels etc. All you need to bring is your own toiletries and beach towels.


PETS ON REQUEST


Fully fenced yard, pets on request, please chat to us about your needs as courtesy to the owner.


SELF CHECK-IN


Arrival is easy as with the keys located on-site, so no worries if you are arriving after hours. The property manager will inform you about the key lockbox code or you might see us around to say hello.


GARDEN PATIO - GOOD TO KNOW


Kindly respect quiet hours for the neighbours and keep noise down after 10pm.


Please note the BBQ patio area uses solar and rechargeable LED camping lights, there is no electricity in the patio.

How to reach the property

GETTING THERE
From Sydney/South: take the M1 towards Taree and Brisbane, see option 1 or 2 below.
From Brisbane/North: see option 2 below.


OPTION 1 Take the Kew exit to avoid roadworks later on from Bonny Hills/Lake Cathie exit to Port Macquarie. When taking the Kew exit Follow coastal route 10 towards Laurieton and Port Macquarie. At Laurieton go left and follow North Haven, Bonny Hills, Lake Cathie, Port Macquarie. In Port Macquarie follow the 'coastal route / town & beaches" route via Pacific Drive. You pass Shelly Beach, Nobby's Beach, Flynns Beach and then you get to Oxley and Town Beach. Keep following the road closest to the beach, e.g. turn right and and follow the curving road to the left, School street is now on your left hand side, the entrance to School Street is opposite Macquarie Waters on Clarence Street. The house is the blue house on the right hand side after Port Aloha Motel.


OPTION 2 Take the M1 towards Port Macquarie, keep going and take the Hastings River Drive / Airport exit, just keep following the road straight and you will pass car dealerships, shops and eventually come at a round about, follow 'town beach / beaches' signs. The easiest is to enter School Street via Clarence Street. Follow William Street take a left at Grant Street, go left around the bent follow the road and School Street is the first left. We are next to Port Aloha Motel. It's the blue house. You can't miss it.

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival incur an admin fee of $100 and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites.*
  • Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus a $100 admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are generally not permitted and incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a $200 admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.

* Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.
