Holiday renting made easy


Latest update 20 May 2020we are happy to host you again from Monday 1 June 2020 onwards; the date announced by the state government when travel within NSW is allowed again for recreational and holiday purposes.  Please adhere to hygiene and social distancing practices to keep yourselves and our community safe, we all need to do the right thing.  

Reduce guest numbers in larger houses. As a pre-caution for time being, we advise a maximum of 4-8 guests in large houses, to adhere to the 4 square meter rules.

No-contact check-in

All our houses have lockboxes or digital front door locks, so you can check-in yourselves, no need for key pickup or physical contact!

Extra cleaning

Our cleaners will perform extra disinfection tasks as part of their already thorough cleaning routine while COVID-19 is present.  This includes extra cleaning of frequently touched surface areas such as bench tops, cabinets, handles and light switches.  Please assist us in keeping our properties clean by wiping surfaces and wash your hands frequently, cleaning products and soap are provided.

What you can or can't do under the current NSW rules:



Until June 1 2020 SOLscape only hosts essential travellers during COVID-19, all non-essential travel and visits will be postponed or cancelled. We allow i.e. essential work travel, tenants relocating, or overseas visitors awaiting to fly home.  Please stay home if your travel is non-essential.

Guests/tenants that you may see in our houses prior to 1 June are all essential travellers, e.g. workers in the area or tenants on fixed term lease contracts.  We have diversified our business from holiday renting to permanent rentals.
