Apricari is a two story house that easily suits two or three families with its 4 bedrooms, rumpus room and 3 bathrooms. With its two levels it is big enough to accommodate up to 10-14 people and yet cosy enough to also cater to 2-4 people.

Great hiking trails are accessible straight from the house to dog friendly beaches.Front garden is not enclosed and opens up to the road.

OTHER - NOTEWORTHY INFOAkama Vista is located in a residential area at the back of the block behind the main house Akama Lookout in the front of the property. Akama Vista unit in the back and the main house are totally private, you don't see each other other than passing each other on the driveway. You will see part of two neighbouring houses in the back.
The owner, a local builder, lives in the font house with his wife, teenage daughter, poodle dog, two small cats and a bird. From time to time there are upgrades done to the front property which may result in extra vehicles on the driveway.

The main house and self-contained unit are separated via the communal laundry room.
IMPORTANT: Normally the house and self-contained unit will not be rented out separately, especially during school holiday and events weekend, so you have the full property to yourselves. Only during shoulder and low season the self-contained unit might be rented out separately if the main house is not booked.
