LAYOUT AND BEDDING
Flynns Beach Retreat is a two story house that easily suits one or two families. With its two levels it is big enough to accommodate up to 10 people and yet cosy enough to also cater to 2-4 people. The main house features 3 bedrooms, rumpus room and 2 bathrooms. Extra bonus is the seperate self-contained one bedroom unit downstairs located on the Northern Side of the house. The main house and self-contained unit are separated via the communal laundry room.
IMPORTANT: Normally the house and self-contained unit will not be rented out separately, especially during school holiday and events weekend, so you have the full property to yourselves. Only during shoulder and low season the self-contained unit might be rented out separately if the main house is not booked.

The house breathes good vibes with its modern and comfortable interior style that makes you instantly feel at home. All of today's conveniences are abound (free WIFI, Netflix, Stereo system, modern appliances, well stocked pantry and high quality linen for a care free stay. The owners spends time between Sydney and the UK so you find a fully functioning house with proper furniture.
Pets are allowed with pre-approval from owner, only suitable for outdoor dogs, non-shedding dogs and small dogs. Just chat to us about your needs. Fully fenced back yard, left side gate is 1.2m high, right side gate 2m high.
Drive way parking for 2 cars and free street parking. Garage is not accessible, is in use for storage by owners.
No school groups, bucks, hen's or under 18 groups. Strict no-party policy. This house is in a quiet residential area, please keep our neighbours happy. No pool activities after dark.

Beaches 5-10 min drive, nearest beach is Town Beach or head across on the ferry towards Point Plomer 4WD.

The Hidden Gem guest pavilion was part of a recent major home renovation, and is a complete self-contained separate dwelling. The owners wanted to offer their guests complete relaxation in sophisticated, modern luxury surroundings. They were inspired by their own travels and share their little bit of paradise with you. Driving into the property your jaw will drop and you immediately feel like you are in your own executive resort. The open plan living in the 1BR, 1Bath guest cottage is very comfortable. A small courtyard with BBQ gives guests a quiet spot to relax outdoors amid side gardens.

The house is set on a large block on top of the hill. There are three residences located on top of the hill, all spread apart. The owners live on-site in the adjacent townhouse, a family with 2 teenage boys, daughter and cat Milly.
